The way it use to be in the nineties. The photo is of a 25.25 pound striper caught on Lake Norman in 1995. These large fish were common in the 80's and 90's, but no more. Who is to blame for this situation, I am, so are hundreds of fishermen who wanted trophies to hang on their walls, so is mother nature and what mankind has done to mother nature, so are the power plants on LKN and on and on. That is why when you see my photographs for the past ten years you will see that I released them (fish larger than 10 pounds) so others could enjoy catching them theirselves.
